She retired in 2004 from Texas Education Agencies of Texas as a Student Software Specialist after 30 years.  In 2006, she retired from Student Consultant Association where she trained school employees on the use of WinSchool and RSCCC software, covering four (4) states.  At present, she volunteers at the Keller Senior Activities Center three days a week and is a member of the Fort Worth Porcelain Art Club, responsible for their newsletter and the Texas Teachers of Porcelain Art newsletter.
Jane Phipps-Densmore, Vice President

Jane graduated from college in Minnesota as a family counselor specializing in chemical dependency family counseling. She was a vendor for the federal government educating middle school students and families about chemical dependency and worked as a chemical dependency family counselor.  Jane was graduated from paralegal school in Washington State and worked in the private sector with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as a seminar speaker in the private sector on how to use FOIA. She is a trained chiropractic x-ray technician, worked in a chiropractic office, traveled to Korea to teach spinal x-ray techniques in a hospital and has held motivational workshops as a registered hypnotherapist. Jane moved from Washington to Texas opening a hypnotherapy office and working as a volunteer therapist in a medical hypnotherapy center. Jane has owned and operated Sylvester House Bed and  Breakfast in Washington State, as well as other several small businesses. She is active in the Keller Senior Activities Center donating her time and homemade items for the craft fairs. She has been on the board since May of 2019 and is a member of the History committee.
Celia Fancher, Secretary/treasurer
Picture
Celia was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas and relocated to north Tarrant County in 2005 to be closer to her children and other family. Celia’s first job right out of high school was in accounting and her bookkeeping skills and life-long desire to make a difference have given her the opportunity to not only to work for herself, but also to work for many wonderful companies and organizations over the years, giving her a wide range of knowledge and experiences. Celia feels fortunate she was able to volunteer for many non-profit organizations over the years serving in such capacities as board member, treasurer, and secretary while raising her family.  She retired in 2019 and was led to KCSF, Inc. in 2021. Celia strives to teach her five grandchildren the value and importance all “seniors” have in our society. She is honored and excited to become part of this hard-working organization and the opportunity to continue to make a difference as her journey continues.
Cynthia Bernoski, BOARD MEMBER
Picture
Cynthia has worked for five non-profit agencies in various positions, as bookkeeper, secretary, treasurer, accountant, historian and now Board Member. She has been with the Board of Directors of the Keller Community Senior Fund, Inc. since its early beginnings.
marie doran, Board Member
Picture
Marie has worked as a bookkeeper and office manager during her working career. She is a Senior with a lot of free time. She likes keeping busy, so she decided to volunteer at the Keller Senior Activities Center and with the Keller Community Senior Fund, Inc.
HONORARY BOARD MEMBERS
  • PATTY STEWARD - As a founding Board member, Patty also donated the necessary funds to incorporate this organization and apply for non profit status. She then served on the board as Historian where she continued to donate her time with a generous heart from 2016-2022.
  • CAROL RUBINO - Carol was one of our founding Board Members and was also the first Board President.  She was instrumental in developing this non profit and also to ensure the City of Keller built a new and revolutionary Senior Center at the current location on Johnson Road.   This fund would not be here without her endless hours, dedication and devotion to seeing it through. She served as President from 2016-2022.

LUCAS FUNERAL HOMES and CREAMATION SERVICES
In Lieu of flowers, the Donor Wall/Tree is a special way you can recognize a family member or a loved one, in Memory of, in Honor of, or in Celebration of. You will also be giving back to your senior community by helping to improve the lives of your senior population now. For some of you, it may impact your own life in the future.

Picture
Donations that exceed $250 for a specific person (in a single or combined total donation in their name) wanting to receive recognition with their name engraved on a Leaf, Acorn or Plaque, will become part of the Donor Wall/Tree located in the main Lobby of the Keller Senior Activities Center for visitors to see.

A place on the Donor Wall/Tree ensures your chosen legacy is on display for years to come. In addition, some donations, or sponsorships, can earn recognition on Facebook and our website. Click on
Donation Wall Levels to see the options available for your special memorial.

                       KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM

The Kroger Family of Companies is committed to community engagement, positive social impact and charitable giving at the national and local levels. Every community is unique, but our common goal is to partner with the neighborhoods we serve and help the people there live healthier lives. One of the ways in which we do this is through our Kroger Community Rewards program.

Kroger Community Rewards Program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations - based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your Kroger Shopping Card to a community organization, all you have to do is shop at Kroger, swipe your Shopper’s Card. Any transactions moving forward using your Shopper’s Card number associated with your Kroger account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. Kroger donates to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations.  To link your Kroger Shopping Card to the Keller Community Senior Fund, Inc., just click on the link to Kroger's Community Rewards and follow their simple instructions.

ALBERT AUFFORTH, BOARD MEMBER
Picture
Albert served four years in the Navy with three years in Panama to prepare our service men for the war in Viet Nam. He received his BS Degree from Mercy College in New York. He then went to work for Geigy Chemical in New York as an Architectural Engineer in charge of the Design Services Department.  He was relocated to Dallas Texas until he decided to get his Texas real estate brokerage license. He eventually retired to Sun City in Georgetown, Texas. Not wanting to sit idle, he got involved with creating and fund raising for a Community Garden there. In 10 years of fundraising, they fenced in 6 acres, built 200 raised beds, drilled a well and watering systems, full size barn/workshop, 30-foot greenhouse, purchased a tractor and amenities. All the labor came from Sun City residents and no money came from the CA!

Debbie is a proud native Texan born in Dallas and is passionate about preserving its heritage. Graduated Suma Cum Laude, she holds a degree in Kinesiology, which she attained in her 30’s while raising two young children as a single mother. She did not work in this field long since she married a widower with four children and decided being a mother to six was most important. Debbie served on the Keller City Council for five years and found helping her constituents very fulfilling. During her tenure, she advocated for a new, larger Keller Senior Activities Center. She enjoys theater, playing tennis, pickleball, water volleyball, and card games with friends in her spare time.
